Become an RP Researcher

The RP Group leverages the expertise of staff, administrators, and faculty from within the California community college system to conduct its research and evaluation projects. These researchers are supported by RP’s senior researchers, paid at a competitive rate, get the chance to expand their research skills, and form strong working relationships with other researchers throughout the state. If you are interested in joining an RP Group research or evaluation team, please contact Dr. Darla Cooper.  You will be sent a survey to gather information on your abilities and interests and will be contacted when there are consulting opportunities available.

Examples of RP Group research and evaluation activities:

• Undertake literature reviews
• Design and implement focus groups and surveys
• Conduct site visits
• Perform quantitative data analyses
• Write and edit reports
• Give presentations throughout the state
