The Equity for All project engaged Long Beach City College practitioners to become researchers by rigorously examining student outcome data, disaggregated by race/ethnicity. By being involved in a data inquiry process, campus members learned to understand the data, ask questions about the data, and make sense of the data in the context of the college.
