Professional Development
Learn, Grow, and Connect... Through an RP Group Event or Program!
Our professional development program, guided by our mission to advance equity for minoritized and marginalized students by uplifting their voices, equips practitioners to dismantle systemic barriers. Our offerings bring people together to learn from each other, lead together, and co-create student-centered change through:
-
Cultivating Student-Centered, Equity-Minded Practitioners
We develop and support practitioners who center students and racial equity in their decision-making, planning, and daily practice by providing sustained, role-responsive learning experiences that promote continuous growth and empowerment.
-
Advancing Race-Conscious, Evidence-Informed Practices
We equip practitioners with the tools, data, and dialogue skills to address systemic inequities, make evidence-based decisions, and drive institutional and cultural change.
-
Strengthening Institutional and System Capacity for Change
We build the leadership capacity of practitioners to influence change and create the conditions for equity-centered, student-focused transformation. Our events and programs promote cross-functional collaboration, shared responsibility, and strategic alignment to sustain campus-based and system-wide transformation.
-
Fostering Inclusive Communities and Diverse Talent Pathways
We design spaces that foster connection, peer learning, and a sense of belonging while promoting inclusive recruitment, mentorship, and advancement for historically marginalized professionals across key roles.
