Two Volunteer Opportunities
Please note that when an opportunity arises that matches your interests and experiences, we will contact you to determine if you are interested and able to serve. Please note that we may receive more applications than opportunities available. Therefore, the submission of this application does not guarantee an appointment. We will keep submissions for up to five years, and you can remove yourself from consideration or update your application at any time.

1. Serving as an IRPE representative on statewide committees and workgroups, representing CCC researchers and planners
The California Community Colleges (CCC) system office has many standing or ad-hoc committees and workgroups that utilize a representative decision-making committee model. As The RP Group is the representative organization for IRPE professionals, The RP Group is asked to recommend RP Group members, who are part of the IRPE field, to serve on statewide committees and workgroups to provide guidance on institutional research, planning, and effectiveness issues.
While IRPE representatives are appointed to statewide committees by The RP Group, they do not represent The RP Group; they represent CCC researchers and planners. These opportunities allow IRPE professionals to contribute to the IRPE field and help improve the California Community Colleges system.
