IRPE Demographics Survey

As communicated in our Commitment to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, The RP Group is committed to opposing racial inequity and improving social justice. To act on that commitment, we need to have a better understanding of who we are as an organization. Collecting expanded racial/ethnic, gender, and sexual orientation information from our internal stakeholders will better position the organization to represent and support our constituents.
In fall 2021, we administered our first survey to the CCC IRPE community, as well as to our Board, staff, and consultants. We now collect demographic information for all incoming Board, staff, and consultants, and administer the survey to the IRPE community biannually.
