2026 RP Group Board of Directors Nominations
The RP Group Board of Directors nomination process is now open! If your college or district is located in one of the following regions, please consider nominating yourself to serve on our Board beginning July 1, 2026:
- Central Coast/North Los Angeles (3-year term)
- Central Valley North (2-year term)
- Inland Empire (2-year term)
- Los Angeles County (2-year term)
- North Bay/Peninsula (2-year term)
- Orange County (2-year term)
We will be hosting two Board Elections Information Sessions to answer any questions you might have about serving on our Board and/or the nomination and election processes. The content of each session will be the same.
Please register for a session today!
- RSVP for Tuesday, April 7, 4:00–5:00 pm
- RSVP for Thursday, April 9, 10:00–11:00 am
Important dates and deadlines:
- You must complete your nomination form by Sunday, April 26, at 11:59 pm to be included on election ballots.
- Ballots will be released to IRPE office leads for RP Group Institutional Members on Monday, May 4. Each RP Group Institutional Member receives one ballot to cast a single vote for the RP Group Board member to represent their respective region.
- Voting will close on Wednesday, May 20, at 5:00 pm.
- Nominees will be notified about election results at the end of May.

About The RP Group Board of Directors
The RP Group represents and engages institutional research, planning, and effectiveness (IRPE) professionals in the California Community Colleges system to empower them to facilitate data-informed decision-making and be agents of institutional change focused on advancing student success and equity at individual colleges and systemwide.
The Board of Directors of The RP Group is elected by the organization’s institutional members and is charged with determining and operationalizing our mission, vision, and core values.
The Board leads the organization by

Representing and advocating for the interests and needs of the IRPE community;

Developing organizational policy;

Setting strategic direction for the organization; and

Providing oversight of the organization’s finances.
