Dr. Vinnie Wu is a Senior Research and Planning Analyst at Fullerton College, where her higher education journey began as a community college student. In this role, she conducts research on student experiences, outcomes, and equity to inform institutional planning and advance student success. Her work includes survey research, data analysis, and communicating findings through reports, visualizations, and other resources that make institutional research accessible to broad audiences.

Prior to joining Fullerton College, Dr. Wu served as a Research Analyst at San Bernardino Valley College, where she led equity-focused research on student belonging, mental health, basic needs, and enrollment management. She has also taught statistics at Chaffey College and UC Santa Barbara, combining her interests in quantitative methodology and student success. Dr. Wu also co-coordinates the CAMP Regional Research Group for the Los Angeles area.

Dr. Wu earned a BA in psychology and social behavior from UC Irvine and both an MA and PhD in psychological and brain sciences with an emphasis in quantitative methods in the social sciences from UC Santa Barbara.
