The RP Group is pleased to share our 2025–2026 Annual Report, highlighting a year of progress toward advancing equitable student success across the California Community Colleges system.
This year, we worked with 100% of California community colleges, including providing professional development to 4,500+ practitioners and working on 38 research projects. Through these engagements, we are proud to have elevated 24,500+ student voices.
But these numbers only tell part of the story. Inside the report, you will find highlights of the stories and milestones that brought these metrics to life—including new efforts to center student voice, strengthen the institutional research, planning, and effectiveness profession, advance equity-centered practices, and support meaningful change across the system.
