Lila Tavelli
Lila Tavelli collaborates closely with Leading from the Middle (LFM) Director Ireri Valenzuela to support the planning, coordination, and implementation of the LFM program and its newly established Alumni Network. Since joining the LFM team in 2015, she has helped create meaningful learning experiences that foster collaboration, connection, and leadership development for California community college professionals.
With a background in event planning, hospitality, and theater, Lila brings a thoughtful, organized, and participant-centered approach to every aspect of the program. She enjoys creating and supporting learning spaces that are welcoming, inclusive, and designed to help participants thrive.
In addition to her work with LFM, Lila leads event coordination and logistics for a variety of The RP Group’s professional development programs and conferences. Before stepping into her current role, she served as the organization’s financial and contract management associate. Lila earned her BA in Theater Arts from Emerson College. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, traveling, and exploring with her family.
