Jennifer Cooley
Jennifer Cooley coordinates and supports a broad range of The RP Group’s professional development programs and initiatives, including academies, conferences, webinars, Regional Research Groups, and the organization’s membership program. Her work includes event and program logistics, participant communications, data and tracking systems, and the development of resources and processes that strengthen program coordination and operations. She also contributes to efforts to improve accessibility and inclusive practices across professional development programs and participant experiences.
Jennifer brings broad experience in nonprofit administration, operations, and program support and is passionate about equity in education and advocacy, particularly for the disability community. She volunteers as a Council Member for the Kaiser Permanente Pediatric Autism Patient and Family Advisory Council in Walnut Creek.
Jennifer holds an MA in humanities and a BA in applied studies from California State University, Dominguez Hills, as well as an AA from American River College. She lives in Sacramento and enjoys traveling, reading, and discovering new foods.
