Share your experiences and strengthen the Network
Together, these opportunities help sustain the relationships, skills, and momentum developed through the LFM Academy.
At the heart of the Alumni Network is a dedicated online community available exclusively to LFM Academy graduates.
Designed specifically for LFM alumni, this space serves as a home for continued learning, connection, and collaboration.
Through the community, alumni can access resources developed over the program's history, participate in learning opportunities, share ideas and promising practices, and stay connected with colleagues across cohorts and colleges.
The Alumni Network brings together leaders from across cohorts, colleges, and roles who share a commitment to equity, student success, and continuous learning.
Together, alumni strengthen their leadership practice, support one another in navigating challenges and opportunities, and contribute to meaningful change within their institutions and across the California community colleges system.
The network continues to evolve through the interests, expertise, and creativity of its members. Alumni are encouraged to bring forward ideas for new ways to connect, learn, and support one another as a community.
The Alumni Network grows through the creativity and leadership of its members. Alumni are encouraged to bring forward ideas for new ways to connect, learn, and support one another as a community.
Ideas might include:
A virtual coffee conversation around a leadership challenge
A peer exchange for alumni working on similar initiatives
A conversation focused on an emerging issue affecting community colleges
The examples above are simply starting points. We welcome new ideas and creative approaches that help strengthen our community. If you have an idea, we'd love to hear it. Contact us at irerilfm@rpgroup.org.
