A two-phase evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of the Umoja program across the state. Phase I involved 10 interviews with Umoja program coordinators to investigate the Umoja landscape and effectiveness of support to local programs. Phase II explored students’ experiences and the academic impacts of Umoja participation.
